About Us
We began this site in 1998 to showcase and sell our inventory of
model trains and vintage toys after the closure of our hobby store, Friend's
Right Track Hobbies.
In August of 2000 our focus radically changed as we searched in vain
for train party favors for our son's first birthday party. New to
party planning, we thought big but found little was readily available.
Even our wholesale contacts were of no help.
We wondered if we, as dealers in train products (and personally obsessed
with all things railroad), couldn't find quality train toys and party favors,
how could anyone else? Since every little boy and many girls we have known
has had a train passion at some time in their lives, we began a quest find
train toys, gifts and of course, party ware for all ages.
We continue in our search for new and varied train products.
