| We are always receiving new and vintage items so at times items will
be only listed and not available through the cart system. If you
would like to order an item without a "buy it now" box see below for e-mail/phone
orders. If you have any trouble with the "buy it now" links or the
shopping cart, please e-mail us immediately
and/or call us at 805-653-5022 and we will attempt to correct the
situation quickly.
E-Mail Ordering
If you find an item or items on our page that you wish to order call,
fax or e-mail to check availability and to reserve the item or items. (Click
order
form for more info) Your order will only be held for seven
(7) days so please make payment promptly to insure you receive the item(s).
If a one of a kind item is marked "Hold," it is currently on order and
we are awaiting payment.
Methods of Payment
Payment may be made by check or money order (payable to Friend's Junction),
Visa, Master card, Discover or American Express. Please call with
your credit card info, (805-653-5022) if not using shopping cart.
You may use Paypal.com through our
shopping cart.
Out of Stock Items.
In the event we are out of stock of any item or do not have the quantity
requested, we will contact you before shipping your order.
"Need By" Dates
We ask that for parties and events that our customers use the date
need field in the shopping cart so that your items arrive on time.
Please allow 5 -7 days for receipt of your order. If orders
are need quickly (within 5-6 days) we will expedite our processing time.
However, if we do not feel your order will arrive on time, you will
be contacted and asked to use a faster ship method or, if this is
not possible, the order will be canceled. If ordering invitations,
please use the date you want to begin sending your invitations as your
"need by" date. If the need by date is not used we will ship
your order in approx.- 2-4 days.
Shipping
We require at least 48 hours to process an order. Shipping charges
will be extra. We ship by priority mail, which takes 2-3 days in
the US, at the buyers option we can use slower methods to reduce
cost, (please contact us at 805-653-5022 or email).
Foreign are shipped via UPS. If payment is made by check please
allow fourteen (14) days for your check to clear. In the case of
money orders, we will ship within 48 hours of receipt. |
